How long have you worked here?
I started working at venue360 in late 2019.
Where are you from originally?
Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia in 2002 and met my husband eight weeks after arriving. Now we have two teenaged children and the rest, as they say, is history…
What was your background before joining the team?
I have a strong hospitality background and worked in all Hotel departments before moving to IT where I worked in systems training, Support, QA, BA and project management for hotel software. I hold UK hotel management and Australian and UK training qualifications and enjoy picking apart software to work out how to train it.
What areas of venue360 do you work on?
I am weirdly keen on writing documentation and have been gradually updating our venue360 user guides.
What do you like to do for fun?
Outside of work, I love cooking, gardening, painting and I have a small cake-decorating business.
