Steak cooked medium seasoned perfectly with garlic butter dripped over the top.

I'm a bear; I fight for you (the customers) when I need to but I'm really just soft and fuzzy!
If you could change one thing in venue360 this minute, what would it be?
In a perfect world, I would fix everything instantly for you! But that's not reality, so I would allow you to register for multiple events in one cart.
If you could do anything for a day, what would you do?
Spend the day in The Bahamas lazing around in a hut overlooking clear glass water, with someone waiting on me hand and foot (including providing massages!)
What is the most memorable email you have received from a customer?
Good morning Sunshine, I'm anxiously waiting to hear your lovely voice on the telephone telling me that everything is alright and that the fix is ready (10th Feb 2004)
