We’re seeking 3 new team members (to be based in Australia/NZ, the UK and the USA). You’ll start as a Product Specialist supporting and training our clients in your region, both online and in person.
There’s opportunity to visit camps in several countries, run training workshops as well as help promote the product at regional events and trade shows.
Our software company has been in business for over 30 years, founded in Australia and well established globally with international teams in Seattle and Paris. We hire primarily based on soft skills and aptitude though relevant experience in software support, training and business development is valuable. Study or experience in marketing, finance, retail, food service or hospitality may also be useful as are certain foreign languages as we expand into new markets globally.
Applicants must have the ability to understand new technology very quickly with minimal direction, be able to explain complex ideas in simplistic terms, troubleshoot effectively and find a way through obstacles and problems with minimal reliance on others. We place a high value on ethics, integrity, attention to detail, follow through and a great ‘can do’ attitude. We will consider candidates ranging from entry level applicants wanting to break into the tech industry to those with significant relevant experience.
The successful applicant will get the opportunity to come to Australia for in-depth product training as well as be part of our global team get together in Seattle each June.
